Iva’s Signature Hydrating / Anti Age or Problem Skin Facial Spa

This facial treatment Is designed to deep cleanse, exfoliate, deliver skin loving nutrients, moisture and includes a gentle hydrating facial, neck and arm massage. This service is customized to your specific skin type and needs. Celluma Anti Aging or Acne Treatment
Alone $25 per 30 min session. $15 as a Facial add on. $125 or $175 as a Bundle
Celluma Skin Rejuvenation and Celluma Acne Therapy are FDA cleared skin care treatments available now at The Boutique Spa. Celluma is used to provide added energy and circulation to the facial cells to help repair and renew. Wether you are looking for smoother, younger looking skin or seeking a solution to problematic acne conditions, Celluma is the Light Therapy of choice. Celluma is FDA cleared and approved for 3 different Esthetics uses and 6 different medical uses.
Celluma Stand alone Treatments are recommended 30 min 2-3 x weekly for Approx 4 weeks. Results may vary and length of treatment time may vary. Cost of Treatment is $25 per 30 min session or may be purchased in a bundle of 6 for $125 or 8 for $175.00.
As an add on to a facial service ( Celluma Facial) the charge is $15. During this service Celluma Light Energy provides an extra bump of rejuvination or calming to your skin.
It is recommended that you begin your treatment series with the Celluma Facial followed by 2 stand alone treatments weekly for 4 weeks. After results are achieved, Celluma facials every 4 weeks can help maintain your results.

General Massage Info: If you have a medical condition that you are concerned about your first stop should be your physician or NP. Your physician can guide you from there on how best to proceed. If your physician recommends Massage Therapy it is important to check with any provider you call to see if they can meet your therapy needs.
Massage Therapists all have the same basic training but each have advanced studies or experience in different areas. Massage Therapists are not a one size fits all profession. I complete a full medical history on all clients on first visit, consult with my client and determine from there how I can assist. I look for contraindications to massage, current medical conditions and medications, symptom's and daily lifestyle. I then decide what types of massage might best benefit you. This is a STANDARD PROFESSIONAL GUIDELINE. It is completed for all clients even relaxation massage. Sometimes I might not be able to provide a requested services at all due to safety concerns or if I lack knowledge on a certain medical condition that requires additional expertise. Sometime’s I may request a Physician note to approve massage. This is not a reason to be upset. This is a reason to be glad that you ended up talking to a professional that can guide you on where to best get the care that can be most beneficial to you. In general I offer Relaxation, Hot Stone, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre/Post Natal, Reiki. I’m geared toward relaxation spa massage but am able to provide deeper therapeutic massage for those tight muscles if there is not a reason to avoid it. I’m hoping to work on Lymphatic Drainage Massage training later this year! Many Chiropractors, Physical Therapy Offices and Sports Med Clinics offer massage therapy which s a great option if you have insurance you want to use or if you have a condition that requires advanced care. There are also several advanced practitioners that have years of learning on different modalities for massage in our community as well. I would be happy to refer you to any if you need more assistance than I can offer ❤️

Back To Good Boutique Spa and Apothecary is owned and operated by Denise who is an RN, Licensed Esthetician, Massage Therapist and Certified Reiki Practitioner. LMT #MT22207721 Denise has been in the healthcare and beauty industry for a combined 30 plus years and has training in specialized skin care techniques such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, LED and color light therapy and holistic and organic skin care. The spa was born from the idea that our skin is the one part of us that we have the most difficulty caring for ourselves. Add in the effects of heredity, lifestyle, environmental and dietary factors and these make caring for the skin even more challenging. Denise believes that to achieve great skin results you must consider all aspects of the mind, body and spirit and promote healthy lifestyle changes. Denise’s goal is to provide holistic skin care and skin care education to clients while also offering deep relaxation for the mind, body and spirit. The addition of all natural ingredients adds a unique twist on services offered however products and ingredients used are no secret, they have been used for thousands of years with great results.
